How it works

  1. Tell us what happened. Share basics, photos, receipts, and your location.
  2. We determine eligibility. We map your case to the correct city or insurer and identify deadlines.
  3. Authorize us to file. You e‑sign a limited authorization so we can submit and follow up on your behalf.
  4. We file and fight. We assemble evidence, submit forms, and negotiate fair outcomes.
  5. You get paid. If the claim pays, we charge a 15% success fee (min $30). If not, you pay nothing.

When needed, we collaborate with independent attorneys on a contingency basis for escalations. You always approve next steps.
